HORTI NEWS PAGE

Welcome to the NEWS page for updates about the Pathhead Horti.

CORONAVIRUS CRISIS

The President and Committee have to confirm the cancellation of our usual range Autumn and Winter events. We are planning a schedule of Events for 2021 in the usual way in the hope we might be able to resume some form of activities next year. We will continue to review the situation for the future and will keep Members updated.

A seasonal Autumn/Winter 2020 Newsletter is now available under the Newsletter page.

A selection of Members' photographs is now available under the Gallery page entitled  AUTUMN COLOURS GALLERY

Friends of Vogrie Early Learning and Childcare are looking for volunteers to help prepare the garden for their outdoor school facility. There is no contact with the children due to the Covid-19 restrictions but some of the Horti Committee who have been along to help report it was friendly and good fun. Please Contact Fiona Meikle or Helen Gilmour for more information.

The 2020 Annual Flower Show which would have taken place on Saturday 29th August and by way of marking the lack of this popular event there is a Show Gallery for you to enjoy. This contains a selection of photographs kindly submitted by various members showing some of their wonderful produce and items that surely would have been prize-winners!

The 2020 Garden Competition was judged on Saturday 25th July by Mr and Mrs Keith March. There are photographs under the Gallery page and the results are as follows:-
